Ram Wong Rental Properties LLC was created as a platform to showcase a consolidated list of homes owned by private individuals. The owners themselves were transplants from the Pacific Northwest and now reside in South Orange County. Their passion is renovating old homes and restoring them to their full potential so they can be enjoyed by those who appreciate simple living in some of the best neighborhoods.

General Rental Requirements
When you find a potential property from our list of residential rental properties, please either text (SMS message) us at (206) 992-5973
or email us at ramwongrentalproperties@gmail.com or fill out this our contact form here, to let us know which property you are inquiring about.

If the unit that you are interested in is still vacant, we will arrange a time to show you the property. Upon your decision to pursue a rental agreement with Ram Wong Rental Properties, you will undergo a credit/eviction/criminal background check through www.mysmartmove.com at your own cost.
If the tenant(s) do not want to provide a report from the third party, he/she must submit another credit report that was obtained within 90 days OR 3 months of bank statements as well as a letter of reference from a workplace along with a letter of reference from a previous residence.

Once approved, you will receive a Rental Contract from Ram Wong Rental Properties, which will contain a detailed outline of our terms.
As a courtesy and convenience to our tenants we do not charge an application fee.

Terms:
Minimum of 6 month rental agreement which then transitions to monthly.
​
Security Deposit:
There will be a security deposit that is the amount of one month’s rent
which would be held by the landlord until the tenant moves out with
up to 30 days for a full or partial refund.
